Additionally, all customer data we collect from the transaction is protected on our servers against unauthorized access. All credit card information is processed by our own team and then promptly deleted.
Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped within 3 days, in most cases we ship the same day as the purchase. If an item is out of stock the site will state OUT OF STOCK. If however, on the rare occasion, the item is out of stock and the order is placed a representative will call the customer and inform them of the delay. The order can then be cancelled for a full refund or placed on hold. Tadibrothers will on some occasions upgrade the shipping speed free of charge.
International Shipping Policy
Tadibrothers ships worldwide. ALL international shipments will have a tracking number and insurance. All customs paperwork will be filled out before shipping. Wrong Address Charges
In the event any customer provides Tadibrothers an incorrect address there will be a charge issued to that customer for the wrong address in the amount of the UPS charge. Tadibrothers will try and accommodate the customer and in some circumstances waive the charge depending on shipping costs. The charge may be waived as well.
Payment by Credit Card
Orders placed with a Credit Card will be shipped within 3 days of purchased however; most items are shipped the same day as the charge.
Payment by Wire transfers
Tadibrothers accepts Wire Transfers as well and western union.
Returns
Tadibrothers has a no-hassle 30 day 100% money back policy. If you made a purchase from us and you are not happy with it, send it back for a full refund. As long as the item is in sellable condition we will credit your account within 3-5 business days of receipt. The 30 day policy begins the day the customer receives the merchandise.
Please call (310) 470-0908 or email returns@tadibrothers.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number that must be displayed on the box as well as a copy of your printed receipt to expedite your refund. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with all instructions in its original box with all accessories such as screws and mounting brackets (if applicable). As part of our service Tadibrothers will pay the return shipping on all returns (Domestic Shipping Only)

Warranty
Tadibrothers includes a 30 day warranty standard with any purchase on all items. Some products will have longer warranties which will be stated in the details of the product. In those 30 days you can send the product for an exchange or a full refund. If a customer purchases an extended warranty directly from the Tadibrothers site they will have full protection on any defect of the item for the length of the warranty purchased.
Any extended warranties purchased from Tadibrothers will be honored by the Tadibrothers team. Return the item and it will be repaired or replaced. Items are usually returned to the customer within 5-10 business days. In some cases the customer may be liable for return shipping.
