TadiBrothers has a no-hassle 30 day 100% money back policy.

If you made a purchase from us and you are not happy with it, send it back for a full refund, we will credit your account within 3-5 business days of receipt. The 30 day policy begins on the day you receive the merchandise.

 

Before the return, the customer must contact us at (866) 966-5550 X 2 or email help@TadibBrothers.com to receive a return authorization number. The Order Number must be displayed on the box as well as a copy of your printed receipt to expedite your refund. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with all instructions in its original box with all accessories such as screws and mounting brackets (if applicable).

We will not be able to process a refund if there is no return authorization number (Packages received with no authorization number on the outside of the box will be refused and returned to the carrier)

You must have a tracking # for what you send back, if a returning package is lost, TadiBrothers is not liable for those items.

All products returned for a refund could be subject to a $14.95 handling fee depending on the condition. In addition, TadiBrothers does not refund any shipping charges under any circumstances, ever. This includes but not limited to the shipping you paid to initially receive the product or the shipping you paid to send it back for a refund or exchange.

Wholesale or Custom orders:
Wholesale or Custom orders have a 30% restocking fee, if we tweak or alter a product just for your specific fleet; those items are non returnable, they are covered by our warranty and can be exchanged. If an order is placed with 10 or more of the same product or is over $2500 in value, it is considered a wholesale order and can be returned with a 30% restocking fee.

Purchasers of our 360-degree system: Once shipped and/or If not professionally installed, a 30% restocking fee applies. Despite its user-friendly design and clear instructions, professional installation is recommended due to past misuse. Our U.S.-based team is available for guidance throughout the installation process.

To Avoid the Restocking Fee:

  1. Professional Installation: Provide a paid receipt from your installer and photos of the cameras installed in the vehcile.
     
  2. Self-Installation: Customers who choose to install the system themselves can avoid the restocking fee by providing clear photographs documenting the installation process and the final setup, we're looking to see the cameras installed in the vehicle.


(This policy does not apply to any other system on TadiBrothers.com, those will receive a full refunded even if not professionally installed)

Please note, before permanently mounting any product you purchase from us, please bench test the system and verify that it's what you like. TadiBrother will take the system back for a full refund within 30 days of delivery even if you installed it. However, we will not refund installation costs or be held responsible for any alteration you make to your vehicle under any circumstances, ever.


Altering the product:
We understand that you might scuff up the camera, drill holes in a bracket,  or shorten wires during installation, in those cases of course you can send it in for a warranty replacement or refund. We will take it back with any normal wear and tear of the product.

However, if you permanently alter a product you will not be able to return it for a refund.
Such alteration (but not  limited to the these examples are):
-Cutting the pairing button from a digital camera
-Painting a camera or any of our products (Sensors can be painted)

-Using Epoxy to mount a product

*Sensors can be painted and still returned if there is an issue

 

We will accept returns only if you:

- Return all parts (including replacements that you previously received); and

notify us of any damaged or missing parts before returning the goods.

- You bear the risk of loss or damage to the goods that occurs at any time before It is delivered back to our warehouse..

- We will process your refund as soon as possible and in any event within 14 working days after

the returned goods are received and pass our inspection. Any shipping costs paid for the initial

purchases are excluded from the refund based on our refund and return policy.

-We reserve the right to refuse to refund or to deduct a charge based on the condition of the

goods returned. All return and refund decisions by TadiBrothers shall be final.

The client is responsible for return shipping charges, many of our products are offered with free shipping. If you return one of these products, outbound shipping costs are deducted from your refund amount. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

Expedited and international shipping:
If youchoose expedited or international shipping and your product does not arrive on time or has something missing, we will not refund shipping under any circumstances ever.

Obviously, if it is our error or the product is defective or lost we will ship the correction FREE of charge but it will be at the normal shipping speed and at no cost to you.

Customs, TadiBrothers is not responsible for international customs in any way shape or form, we are responsible for brokerage fees but not the customers portion of those fees.


Canceling Orders
TadiBrothers reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order from any customer they deem a potential risk or problematic for any reason without notice.

Warranty


TadiBrothers includes a 1 Year warranty standard with any purchase on all items. Some products will have longer warranties which will be stated in the details of the product. In the first 30 days you can send the product for an exchange or a full refund. If a customer purchases an extended warranty directly from the TadiBrothers site they will have full protection on any defect of the item for the length of the warranty purchased.

Any extended warranties purchased from Tadirothers will be honored by the Tadibrothers team. Return the item and it will be repaired or replaced. Items are usually returned to the customer within 5-10 business days. In some cases the customer may be liable for return shipping.
