The super RV comes in at nearly 40 feet and costs a cool $1.7 million. It’s decked out in all sorts of wizardry and gadgets, from the 264 gallon tank to the sliding walls and state-of-the-art security system. Plus, this behemoth actually comes with a hideaway garage operated by an electro-hydraulic lift. That’s right: just push a button and you can safely stow away your shiny new Maserati. It’s like the Russian doll of luxury vehicles.

2. The KiraVan

What do you get when you mix an RV with the mind of a Disney theme park designer? The KiraVan. The KiraVan is the brainchild of Bran Ferren, the former President of Research and Development at Walt Disney Imagineering. Bran used his Disney magic to create this massive 51,000 pound creation. The KiraVan looks like something out of Mad Max and Transformers. This extreme RV is equipped with 400 pound tires, a 260 horsepower turbo-diesel engine, and Kevlar shields. This all-purpose vehicle can handle any terrain, but the real treat is inside. The interior trailer is decked out in modern appliances and even has a cabin with a space-age design.

3. The Mercedes-Benz Zetros

Worried about the inevitable zombie apocalypse? Check out the Mercedes-Benz Zetros. This bunker on wheels has everything you need to survive in a post-apocalyptic wasteland. The Zetros is powered by a 7.2-liter, 320 horsepower diesel engine to go with a 300 gallon water, 600 gallon fuel tank and 6×6 drive. Designed by Mongolian entrepreneurs, the Zetros looks more like a rugged military vehicle than it does a mobile mansion. That is, until you step inside. The interior is brimming from floor to ceiling in high-end decor, from fine leather seating to surround sound and flat screens. So you can stay safe from The Purge while binge watching your favorite shows.

4. The Newmar King Aire

Any RV model with the name “king” in it is sure to bring some lofty expectations. Thankfully, the Newmar King Aire lives up to the hype. This ultra luxurious motorhome comes with a huge master bedroom, a chaise lounge, porcelain tile, and a massive entertainment system. This million-dollar RV is also king of the road: it’s fueled by a 605 horsepower Cummins diesel engine. Here’s the kicker: you can control the whole thing through a tablet. A Samsung tablet give you control of the rest of the motorhome so you never have to leave the driver’s seat. Thanks, technology!

Rooftop decks, panoramic windows, marble floors. Yes, the Marchi Mobile eleMMent Palazzo has it all. The EleMMent Palazzo has so many amazing features that it seems more like a mega mansion than it does a recreational vehicle. This $3 million RV redefines the word extravagant. It has a fireplace, rainfall shower, electric sliding door, and radiant floor heating. That’s not to mention the 510 horsepower engine that helps it cruise to speeds surpassing 90 mph. This 40 foot giant also comes with an exterior stairwell that leads to a fully furnished upper deck. Take my money, please.

6. The Floaterhome

There are several noteworthy inventions that have redefined the course of human history: the printing press, the steam engine, the computer. Add the Floaterhome to that list. The Floaterhome is the invention of extreme RVers and couple John and Julie Gilham. This aquatic motorhome can go from road to sea in less than five minutes. It’s full equipped with pontoons and outriggers to safely travel through the water. That’s not all: the inside has luxury features like marble floors, leather furniture, and a Jacuzzi bathtub. One thing is for sure: this RV brings new meaning to the term off-roading.

7. Renegade Ikon Freightliner

The name says it all. The Renegade Ikon Freightliner is one of the most powerful and extreme motorhomes ever made. It’s designed by manufacturer Renegade, who specializes in making both ultra luxurious and ultra tough RVs. The Ikon Freightliner is a perfect hybrid of the two. It has a 600 horsepower engine and towing capacity of over 30,000 pounds. It also has a massive 87 inch ceiling height and cozy features like quartz countertops and ultra-leather furniture. From name-brand appliances to a sturdy frame, there’s no denying that the Renegade Ikon Freightliner is aptly named.
