Our parking sensor system features the same high quality sensors that were once the exclusive domain of high end luxury cars. These systems come with 4 sensors standard, and have options for either visual display, external speaker, or both! This system helps you not only identify appropriately sized parking spaces, but also maneuver into them. While parking, the system employs these sensors to detect nearby objects that might not be in your field of view, using audible signals and illuminated displays to help you pull in. When the car approaches too close to an object in the detection zone, an alarm sounds, beeping more frequently as the object gets closer. When the object is extremely close the alarm sound remains constant.
Our sensors are one of the only on the market to have a COLOR METER, SOUND, and the Tadi-Tronic Distance DUAL METERS. This means that you not only hear the audible signals and illuminated displays but you also have two sides to the display. This way you know which side of your car is closer to an object and there is NO chance of hitting anything. There are also SIX stages to the alarm as you near an object. The system begins to emit audio at 8 feet.
This system is powered through the OBD II port found on every type of vehicle made in 1996 or newer. The system also receives data from the vehicle's computer so it turns on automatically at low speeds.
